Your Scarmazzi Homes Project Manager is your connection to the construction process. They will arrange three meetings at the site of your home. These meetings will allow you to see the progress firsthand and ask any questions about the building process. Your Project Manager is your point of contact to keep you updated throughout the various stages of construction. With their expert eye overseeing every phase of construction, you’ll receive updates to keep you informed and excited about your home’s progression toward the finished product.
Your Project Manager will review the building process in detail with you by aligning expectations, reviewing plans, and addressing key details before construction kicks off. This is a great time to ask questions to ensure clarity of the home’s build. Once that is complete, the most exciting phase of the process begins–construction!
At this critical stage, you’ll be able to walk through your home to see it framed—complete with wall studs, roof, electrical, and plumbing. Your home will go through a series of inspections to be sure it’s ready before moving on to the next phase. This is a great time to bring up any concerns you have, as it is easier to envision the layout of each room as you walk through.
This is where it all comes together! This walkthrough is an opportunity to identify any last-minute adjustments or repairs you may notice. The pre-settlement walkthrough also serves as an orientation where your Project Manager will demonstrate the home’s features, systems, and appliances, ensuring you understand how everything in the home works.
