Yes. A specific day/time will be arranged for you to meet with our expert Design Consultant at the time of signing your sales contract to build with Scarmazzi Homes. The Design Center will be yours for that time frame to make your unique new home selections.
Upon signing your sales contract with a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be provided with a design appointment guide and selections worksheet to review prior to your scheduled appointment with our Design Consultant. Think about the way you expect to live in your home. Come in with a good idea of the style you want your new home to portray, including colors, materials, finishes, etc.
You are encouraged to bring color swatches and furniture samples to coordinate with your selections.
You can expect the appointment to last approximately 3-4 hours with the help of our expert Design Consultant who will assist you every step of the way.
You will meet with our preferred vendor Guardian Protection to review phone and cable locations. At this time, they will present security and audiovisual options available to you!
