These meetings provide the opportunity for you to witness the progress firsthand and ask any questions about the building process. Your Project Manager is your point of contact to keep you updated throughout the various stages of construction to inform you of progress. With their expert eye overseeing every phase of construction, you'll receive updates to keep you informed and excited about your home's progression.

Your Project Manager will review the building process in detail by aligning expectations, reviewing plans, and addresses key details before construction begins. This is a great time to ask questions to ensure clarify of the home's build. Now, sit back. The most exciting phase of the process begins - construction!

You'll be walking through the house at its framed stage—complete with wall studs, roof, electrical, and plumbing. Your home will go through a series of inspections to be sure it's ready for the next phase.

This is where you get to see all your hard work pay off! This walkthrough is an opportunity to identify any last-minute adjustments or repairs. The walkthrough also serves as an orientation where your Project Manager will demonstrate the home's features, systems, and appliances, ensuring you understand how the home operates.
